Wedgefield Homeowners Associations
There are nominally three HOAs in Wedgefield:
- The Villas of Wedgefield Home Owners Association
- Wedgefield Community (WHOA) – This organization is also referred to as a “POA” or Property Owners Association.
- The Reserve at Wedgefield Leland Management
- 6972 Lake Gloria Blvd, Orlando FL 32809-3200 / 407-781-1188
The Villas of Wedgefield Home Owners Association link leads to the same web page as the Wedgefield Community (WHOA) link. As of August 20, 2025, this appears to be deliberate on the part of the HOAs involved. The Villas refers to the townhome association in the “City” section of Wedgefield on Maxim Parkway near SR520/50.
